Reproducing the numbers:
These numbers can be reproduced by following these instructions,
after step 16 in section "Select Population Variables", adding the following:
16a. Repeat for POBP: 2012-current: Place of birth (Recode)
and then replacing steps 15 and 16 under section "Generate Silicon Valley numbers" with the following:
15. Drag RECODE10 OCCP recode to R1C2
16. Drag POBP Place of Birth (Recode) to R2C1
After outputing the numbers to a spreadsheet, the appropriate columns can be summed to get the above numbers.
